All the paint on my figure looked perfect, no chips or scratches from QC.

The transformation is easy enough to memorize after the first attempt, but clever in all the right places. There's a diecast connector between the waist and robot chest that allows for "ab crunch."

You're going to love the way he looks in Robot mode! The waist is visible in vehicle mode, but it's no big deal. You can't have everything, and I'm glad the focus was on playability, fun factor while transforming, and overall stability and aesthetics of the robot mode.

Way better than MP-10 or MP-44!

The design is nice but QC especially on the paint is a issue. The silver paint on the legs is cheap and had a spot chipped off. IMHO the TE-01 isbetter

I missed the first wave of Light of Freedom because I wasn´t sure which one to pick, but after seeing the reviews I made my mind and it was already sold out. Also I wasn´t sure about the mate paint (if there was any) and even when I liked a lot the colors, that would look well with my other Masterpiece figures that does have paint finished. I planned to get one and pay to somebody to add paint finish, but luckily we got this version! The colors still look a bit off and not very similar to other Masterpiece figures, but definitely look better than the non-metallic paint. It is not as hefty as I would expect from a figure this size (maybe I've been spoiled by Fanstoys?) but it is well built. I also understand that the additional paint helped to tighten the loose joints. Hope it helps!
