I had no idea I was buying a model kit. I see the description has been updated to clarify. I'm glad I made the mistake. It's a great piece and a lot of fun. I had my kids sitting in my lap snipping pieces off the sprue one by one. The extra effort they put into providing extra lion heads better sized to each mode, magnificent. Too bad you have to partsform the legs, but it makes sense once you see it.

just a little bit of warning, this is not a toy or a collection for kids. there's like around 300 plus parts to deal with. if your familiar in assembling a Gundam figure from Bandai, then go get one. you'll need a very sharp knife to remove every piece from the molding frame so that you'll have a smooth edge for each piece. over all it's an amazing looking robot. i only gave it 4 star because i thought it's a die cast.

I'm sure this will be a cool figure, if I ever find the time to put it together. I'm not familiar with the "Super Minipla" brand, and I guess that is on me, but couldn't retailers have provided SOME indicator that this is a model kit and not an assembled figure? Perhaps mention it in the product details? Or show pics of pre-assembled sprues versus just wholly assembled lions and robots? Oh well. Maybe I'll have this thing assembled by 2021.

Super easy and fun build, w/ the finish product it really is worth the time spent making it. Would recommend tweezers to apply the stickers and sand paper to smooth up the parts.
