X-Transbots 3rd Party Figures take your collection to the next level with MM-XII Neptune, a Masterpiece Scale scaled 3rd party figure that transforms from a Hovercraft to robot and back.    Xtransbots MM-XII Neptune figure stands 4.7 inches tall in robot mode and scales to other figures from X-Transbots and to other Masterpiece Scale scaled figures already in your collection.

X-Transbots Master Mini line features highly articulated Masterpiece scaled minibot figures that pay homage to their G1 origins.  Each figure features high grade ABS, as well as die-cast parts and rubber tires if there are wheels on the figure.

X-transbots figure lines feature modern manufacturing process that makes their figures affordable while maintaining high quality and solid construction.  Built from a combination of ABS plastic, nylon and rubber for the tires, most figures also contain some type of diecast parts and feature clear windows for their alternate modes.  Updated G1 color schemes and great articulation/ratcheting of joints make these figures visually spectacular.

This is such a cool figure. Really well made. Now I just need to visit the beach and get some cool pictures with it.

I've had my eyes on this figure for a few years now and recently it was 50% off so I went ahead and got it and I'm glad I did. The transformation is good albeit a little confusing the first time because as with all 3rd party instructions they aren't the best and don't clearly show what they want you to do. The accessories are nice however I doubt I will use anything besides the blaster as I don't have the right MP Bumblebee to use with the ski's and the beach toys are funny but I'll never use them. This figure has some good weight to him so I assume there is some die-cast in him. I've always liked Seaspray and its nice to have a figure of him and one that is MP scale. This is a nice figure and if you see him on sale I think its definitely worth it.

Worth it, this is the best MP Sea Breeze yet, he's essential to any serious G1 collector.

Over two years in the making, and several delays over the last 2 years, but Xtransbots Neptune is finally out. Out of the box, one cannot help but be impressed by the Fantastic paint job, and heft of the figure, with well-placed diecast throughout. Fantastic little extra touches and detail in robot and ALT mode. My worries subsided, seeing that they did put the quality and Care into this figure, so definitely worth waiting for. I still feel that Toyworld's Wavebreak looks more G1 cartoon accurate, but Neptune beats it, when it comes to it's better articulation. Very clean looking in robot mode, and the feet fold up nicely to not look like canoes at the end of his legs. All the little extras, with the beach ball, beach bucket and spade, skis, water effects attachments, two extra faces, in which one is red for that episode where he blushes from the compliment from his new girlfriend. The transformation is involved just enough to enjoy, and there's nothing frustrating getting it from one mode to the other. Xtransbots Neptune has enough of the G1 cartoon look to it, but also has a few updated style choices that make it a good representation for a masterpiece Seaspray. Fanstoys, you're not winning this one this time! When it comes to which one I like better.... for me, I think it's a tie between Wavebreak and Neptune....... But overall, in all fairness and honesty, Xtransbots has made the best Seaspray.

Cool design and full of die cast and accessories. I like this mini bots next to the rest of my masterpiece.

Contrary to some XTB designs, Neptune doesn't have an overly complicated transformation. He's got some little quirks here and there, but nothing difficult. Even the step where you (in essence) pinch the torso together from the sides doesn't take much doing. There are some minor irritants however, such as the fact the shoulders don't tab into the robot's torso. They just hinge over and kind of 'stick' there. His knees are also a bit irritating as they are on a double hinge that also doesn't tab into the upper shin when in his robot form, which leaves them somewhat looser than one would like.

That said, he's by far the best looking Not-Seaspray on the market. FT's first offering didn't have the right proportions and Toyworld/Zeta's just kind of didn't look the part quite as well as I'd liked. This? this is just right. The paunch, unwieldy pontoon-like feet...
