Very nice looking figure, good transformation, casettes fits good. nice size.

the plastic quality, paint, and overall presentation of this little guy is absolutely killer. This is my first 3P toy and I could not be more impressed with him. My only gripe is how much I had to fiddle with the head on his Buzzsaw cassette but thats really only a problem because of my fat fingers I'm definitely getting more Hot Soldiers very soon.

the Hotsoldiers line is great for having a small set of G1 Style transformers on your desk. a piece of advice, though: the neck joint could use a bit of elbow grease...and by that, I mean, its a little loose for my taste. Then again, its a case of quality control, so it just happens. Atleast floor polish exists for a reason. Still, he's a nice little figure to mess around with.

The figure is very good. However, I'm no Christian. It has some glaring problems. The tabs on the shoulders that connect to the leg during transformation are a little too long and left stress marks on it and made me scared to transform it. I did sand down the tabs a little bit to fix this problem but be aware still. Another thing that bugs me is that the hinge for the tape deck is made of translucent plastic. Why is that a problem? Translucent plastic breaks very easy over time and making it a hinge will make it self destruct. Should you buy this figure? Yes. If you like Soundblaster, this is a perfect update to the G1 figure.

The figure is great though the transformation joint for the arms has a little clip that doesn't quite click into place in tape deck mode. I'm a little worried it could bend, but otherwise it is a great figure!
