"Oh baby finally Trypticon"

This was great by all means and a great addition to my all ready biggest transformers collection. Now i am one of a few that own all the biggest one ever made. With g1 fortess maximus and others trypticon will fit right in with them in my case. All of them still in their boxes. G1 to now that's alot of action figures but not all on display. now the battle starts. Be nice if they would make a titan class scorponok to finish it off now that would be all the biggest ever made.Don't let trypticon pass you by he goes great with all the others.Oh that includes the 3rd party figures also.Shout out to them happy hunting.

"Finally!!!"

I've always wanted Trypticon as a kid but was never able to get him until now! He's a great update to the original. No hip issues on mine and he looks sturdy enough to with stand some afternoon play with my 3yr old son.

Things to consider:

The stickers are a beautiful nightmare! I consider myself a skilled hobbyist with all the right tools from years of model building and building/ painting/ converting figures for table top war games such as 40K and Warmachine, but this!.... The stickers are very thin foil so they fold on themselves easily, crinkle up, and will retain static electricity so they don't align properly. If they go on crooked, good luck taking them off to reposition them without ruining the sticker. They look great when on though. You have been WARNED!!!

He's super massive. Storage for this guy is a problem. Once out of the box, he will not fit back in the box assembled. I can get the recent Hasbro updates of Metroplex and Fort Max to fit in their original box for storage once assembled but Trypticon is a different story no matter how you position him. He also doesn't fit under my bed. That leaves me to find a designated spot just for him as his size and shape make him hard to store away. What a selfish Decepticon!

"Good, but not Great"

I am glad that I got to share this figure with my foster kids. My collecting focus is on Masterpiece and Movie product lines, but I bring CHUGs into the house as place fillers for characters. I was eagerly anticipating Titans Return Trypticon. It has some fun playability; however, the engineering of the figure falls short of the price.

My primary frustration with the design lies in the difficulty/impossibility of accessing some of the compartmental space in the body and tail. with a few strategically placed hinges/doors, we could utilize those spaces for more headmasters and legends sized figures.

Next up on my hit list are the dino-mode arms and fingers. The friction joints/hinges are incredibly week. The hands are not strong enough to grip an arm of a deluxe class figure. Using a rubber band to keep the deluxe figure in Trypticon's hand, the arm is still too week to pose under the weight of deluxe figure.
