Very good looking Insecticon. Stable and solid joints. His calf parts are a little tricky but not an issue. Very bright colored and chromed. Die-cast parts. Perfect in combination with the other Insecticons. They could be 1 cms taller to fit other figures such as Visualizers.

This is a great figure, apart from the kibble on the back, it is a spitting image of its G1 cartoon counter part, highly recommended.

Fantoys delivers another quality toy..OMG the die cast is spectacular and its very heavy...I would of paid even more...Even Takara can't compete with them. 10/10

I can't believe how incredible this figure was. I was on the fence about it after watching reviews but very happy I decided to get him. the sculpt, paint, aesthetic and over all design are a true work of art. He's amazingly poseable and looks like he stepped off the G1 cartoon. The articulated bug legs are an absolute joy and add a creepier feel to the character and for being about a head shorter than the autobot cars its heavy! My only issue is that the robot arms don't tab in very secure in bug mode. they hold but could have been tighter. Over all highly recommend mercenary. If you're looking for masterpiece insecticons, Fans toys is the way to go

I took this bad boy out of package and was amazed at the weight right away. Well build and solid pieces all over. Had to give a bit more pressure to deal with the legs but it handled it like a champ.

Figure is excellent, no causally noticeable mold marks, joints are tight & with the exceptional weight, can be posed in so many angles. Looks freaking amazing on the shelf with his team.

As to be expected, FT has completely nailed their version of Shrapnel. Outstanding weight to this figure, and the way you can move the antenna separately from the face mask parts is very nice for posing him. Also really like having the options on the chest plate and legs. Only concern is the arms are a bit hard to pop back out going to robot mode, but I expect they'll loosen up a bit over time. Other than that, this is pretty much a picture perfect representation of the G1 animation version of the character.
