FirstAid is one of my favorite characters within the franchise and they really do his character justice with this figure. I'm not much of a geek for figures but I absolutely adore this one. The articulation is pretty good as well as it being a nicely balanced. The alt mode is very clean and has little to no gaps between the seams, as long as you transform it nicely. The paintjob is clean and the helm is very reminiscent to the IDW design. Overall I give this figure my thumbs up approval!

As the title of this review says, the robot mode is great. Highly articulated and a very nice homage to the character he is supposed to be. Its as fun a a good action figure. I have to take 2 points off and not give him 5 starts though because of a few things...
First off, when side by side with the rest of the team in alt modes, the Ambulance is tiny. They managed to make Katana (not-blades) turn into a helicopter that was a little larger than the other limb bots and I get that the motorcycle had to end up as big as a car to work as a limb, but Himed as an ambulance is smaller than any of them. It stands out in a bad way to me. The Ambulance also simply doesn't look very good, with clear front windows then the others painted light blue. The wheels look extra cheap and even the light bar is just a simple red painted part. Its passable I suppose, but the weakest alt mode of the set. He is also basically a retool of Katana, which makes him feel even less well thought out.
It just feels like too many corners were cut when designing this guy, but he does still make a great combiner arm and robot at least.

Vehicle mode: classic feel and brought me right back when I picked it up. A little wonky to get it locked into place but overall loved it.
Robot Mode: He feels like a medic. So happy with this guy.
Combiner Mode: The arm is a little lose but the hinges to move it around and the way it locks in, it looks and feels solid when you get it right. So proud of this guy.

If you need a medic for your bots, this guy is one of the best look robot wise. His vehicle mode is extremely reminiscent of his G1 counterpart.
